What I collect

When you send an enquiry through the contact form, I receive your name, email address, the service you're interested in, and your message. That's all — this site runs no accounts, no trackers beyond basic privacy-respecting analytics, and no advertising profiles.

How it's used

Your details are used for one purpose: responding to your enquiry and preparing a quote. Submissions are stored securely in the site dashboard and never sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing.

How long it's kept

Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up work, then removed on request at any time — just email hello@norvane.com.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or complete deletion at any time by writing to hello@norvane.com. I'll confirm within one business day.
